Printing problems with KCPS (Kyocera)

This guide aims to help you as the end user to do some simple troubleshooting of the follow-me printing solution Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan.

Prerequisites:

KCPS (Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan) is used as a follow-me printing solution for Kyocera printers.

To use KCPS you need the following:

  • A Kyocera printer available

  • KCPS application installed on your computer.

This guide aims to Enzure customers who have Kyocera printers and KCPS.

KCPS:

Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan is an application on your company-enrolled computer that seamlessly makes sure that all of your prints are available on any printer in your office Kyocera fleet of printers.

With a tap of your card or pin code (depending on company settings) you can see all of your pending prints and confidentially print without having to run to the printer or to have a private printer of your own.

For Enzure customers KCPS comes packaged through the “Company Portal”.

The application is most likey required on all devices in your company / office and might therefore not show up as an available application in the company portal. Reach out to Enzure Support if you cannot find the program installed on your computer.

The application installed on your computer looks like this:
