Add licenses

Description

Please see to this guide on how to add licenses for an already existing product.

 

Please note that all licenses become final after 168 hours (7 days) and cannot be reduced after this period. Within the first 24 hours a full refund is available, but after that you will be billed a pro-rated amount for the days you used the subscription.

Steps

If you don’t have an account, please contact support@enzure.se and we will check with your organisation to add you to the customer store front.

  1. Start with signing in at: Store front

  2. Navigate to your product you want to increase:

  3. Proceed with “modify subscription”:

  4. Adjust the quantity and press “Update”:

  5. Once the order has been processed, it will take approximately 10-30 minutes to be available in your tenant.
