Reset Windows 10 PC through Intune

Description

This guide will give you a quick look of what to expect from your view when we reset your device remotely from Intune.

Steps

1. When initiated, a notification will appear for your device with the information about the pending reset as shown below:
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   

2. When ready, it will proceed with the process of resetting your device:
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. When it is finished it will reboot and proceed with the installation:

Known issues

TPM

During the reset, sometimes the device will trigger the TPM showing this screen or a similar one during startup, simply proceed with clearing it with the assigned key:
