Description

This guide will cover the steps in which you need to complete in order to enroll your device in Intune. Since your device will be reset it is important to make sure all the local files are moved to the cloud, once the device is in the new system you can simply access these files from your Onedrive.

Workflow

 

OneDrive

  2. Locate local files and folder which you need to back up.

  3. Back up files in need.

  4. Verify that your files are synced and stored in the cloud.

Intune

To make sure your device is connected to Intune we will need to verify it in order to run the Autopilot. Follow our guide on how to proceed: https://enzure.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/445513733

Reset

  1. Once you have completed the steps your device is ready for the reset.

  2. Contact your local admin or use the account given for the task to perform the reset, see to this guide: https://enzure.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/445317163

  3. This reset is required to prepare your device for the Autopilot.
