Reset Windows 10 with Autopilot

This guide will help you navigate through the autopilot setup designed for devices already in Intune.

Perequisites

• Your device is set up in Intune

• MFA is up to date (check your MFA settings here : https://aka.ms/mfasetup)

• Your device is connected to a charger

• Stable internet connection

Steps

1. To get started, turn on the device and verify that you have the proper login screen with your company logo. If not, see to our guide to enroll your device to Intune: https://enzure.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/445513733
   
   

   Open

   

   If you are having problems with letters or symbols try to enable the “on-screen keyboard” found in the botton left corner.
   
   
   Open

   

    

    

2. Enter your password
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Verify your account
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Wait for the pilot to set up your device
   
   

   Open

   

   Wait for the config to complete (if not completed after 30 minutes, hold the power button to restart the device)

    

5. Continue to enable your account with “Windows Hello“
   
   

   Open

   

    

6. Enter verification code again
   
   

7. Set up a Pin for your device
   
   

   Open

   

    

8. Wait for corporate settings and installments to take place (estimated wait~10 minutes)
   
   

9. Open up the Company Portal from the Start Menu
   
   

   Open

   

    

10. From here you can view all the avaliable applications
