Enzure: How-to - Create new Outlook profile (Outlook Classic)

Follow this guide to create a new Outlook profile to solve common issues often related to sync errors between Exchange Online and the Outlook app.

Instructions

  1. From Outlook go to:

  2. From here continue with:

     

  3. Select “Show Profiles..” :

     

  4. Click on “Add..” :

     

  5. Fill out the name of the profile:

     

  6. Enter your account and go to next:

    This is often fill out automatic, enter your O365 password.

     

  7. The new profile is now created press “Finish” to continue:

     

  8. You will now need to select the new profile:

     

  9. Restart Outlook to start the sync from Exchange:

Note that this can take some time depending on the size of your mailbox. To access your inbox while this is working go to: portal.office.com/outlook
