Description

This guide shows how to add a shared mailbox in Outlook for Mac.

Prerequisites

  • Permissions to the mailbox

Steps

  1. Open your Outlook

  2. Go to the top menu and select “Tools” → “Accounts”

  3. Proceed with the “Delegation and Sharing”:

  4. Select the account you want to add from the “shared with me” menu:
