Setup new computer
This guide helps you set up a computer with Autopilot.
Pictures are in swedish, button layout is the same
Turn on the device
Enter you company email
Click “Next”
Enter your password
Click “Log in”
Click “Next”
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app in your mobile device
Inside the app, press “Approve”
Press “Continue”
Press “Scan QR-code”
Back to the computer:Click “Next”
Click “Next”
Scan the QR-code on your computer screen with your mobile device
Click “Next”
Click “Allow” to allow the app to send you notifications
Test the configuration by entering the number on your computer screen in the Microsoft Authenticator app
Click “Next”
Click “Done”
Wait until the computer has “Prepared a few things”
Here you can choose to click “Yes, configure” and follow the configuration instructions for face recognition…
…or “Skip”
Click “OK”
Enter a PIN-code
Confirm the PIN-code
Click “OK”
Click “OK”
When the computer is finished with the setup, search for the “Company portal” app in the search bar at the bottom of the screen
If the app hasn’t been downloaded, get it from the Microsoft store.
Open the app
Search for “Company portal”
Click “Get”
When it has been downloaded, click “Open”
Log in to the company portal app, choose your account
Click “Continue”
You can find all the apps that have been approved for download by your organizations
Now you are done!
